• Gateway virus protection utilizing Trend Micro’s embedded antivirus scanning engine

Analysis

Sidus BioData understands that your organization is unique. Our engineers conduct an analysis of your firewall security needs. This needs analysis includes defining how to best secure your hosting environment, who is granted access, etc.

Maintenance and Management

• Maintenance and management of your dedicated firewall security polices (Up to 5 changes/month)
• System administration of dedicated firewall, including updates and hot fixes for improved performance
• Backup of dedicated firewall configuration data when configuration changes are made
• Copies of log file reports for the past 7 days can be emailed upon request

Monitoring

Assurance that your Juniper firewall is up and running optimally with our experienced engineers and monitoring software. If your firewall is not running properly, our engineers will immediately begin trouble shooting and resolve the problems.
